  Awesome service!!! I went there just to swap old plate for new. There were at least 30 people waiting. Then this guy came around asking what people were there for, if he could process them he would take them out of line and get it done. I greatly appreciate he did it.

  I've been trying to register my car in MA from CT, but they are making this process difficult. I went back there 4 days in a row, and each time the workers there looked and acted miserable and none of them gave me all the information I needed at once, even after asking if that was all I needed (hence going back 4 days in a row). And I'm STILL not done dealing with them. When I brought in paper work, one of the women snarled, "...where's the other paper work??" And I had no idea I needed more. She then proceeded to rudely explain that I needed this and that and yada yada. It's like they think we're supposed to know the way everything at the RMV works. Never asked how I was doing, never said thank you, never said you're welcome, never said have a good day...all around rude and most importantly; NOT HELPFUL. Avoid this RMV if you can, they're rude and clearly don't care about their jobs. The only up side to this RMV is that it's never crowded, so you're out within a half an hour.
